Mother Dollie Joyner Best, age 90, of Raleigh, North Carolina passed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at her residence in Wake County, North Carolina.

A Public Visitation will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:50 a.m., in Capital City Church of God, 1500 Hedingham Boulevard, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604.

Also, A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., in Capital City Church of God, 1500 Hedingham Boulevard, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604. Reverend Adam L. Herring, Senior Pastor, will officiate.

Interment or Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m., “by appointment, only,” in Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 164 Longs Plant Farm Road, Goldsboro, North Carolina 27534.
